Golden Beef and Cheese Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
- Flatbread or tortillas
- 150 g (⅔ cup) mayonnaise
- 6 slices of cheese
- 10 slices of beef
- 2 eggs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
- Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly on each flour tortilla.
- Place slices of beef and cheese on top to cover.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut into pieces.
- Beat the eggs in a shallow dish.
- Dip each individual roll-up in the beaten eggs, ensuring they are coated evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated roll-ups in the preheated oil, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides (about 6-8 minutes).
- Once cooked, remove the roll-ups from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
