Golden Beef and Cheese Roll-Ups



  • Flatbread or tortillas
  • 150 g (⅔ cup) mayonnaise
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • 10 slices of beef
  • 2 eggs
  • Vegetable oil for frying


  1. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise evenly on each flour tortilla.
  2. Place slices of beef and cheese on top to cover.
  3. Roll up each tortilla tightly and cut into pieces.
  4. Beat the eggs in a shallow dish.
  5. Dip each individual roll-up in the beaten eggs, ensuring they are coated evenly.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the coated roll-ups in the preheated oil, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides (about 6-8 minutes).
  8. Once cooked, remove the roll-ups from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
