Spaghetti Garlic Butter Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Cook Spaghetti:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Garlic Butter Sauce:
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Combine Spaghetti and Sauce:
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the garlic butter sauce. Toss well to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce.
- Add Parmesan and Parsley:
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley over the spaghetti. Toss again to combine.
- Season:
- Season the spaghetti with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning according to your preference.
- Prepare Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Take a bread roll and slice it in half horizontally. Place the halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread Garlic Butter:
- Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it generously over the cut sides of the bread rolls.
- Assemble and Bake:
- Spoon the garlic butter spaghetti onto each bread roll half, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of each roll.
