Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake



  • 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and diced into cubes
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, diced chicken breast, cooked and crumbled bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes and chicken are evenly coated with the seasonings.
  3. Spread the potato and chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the top of the potato and chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  7. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Once done, remove the Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Bake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, before serving.
