1. Prepare the Pork:

2. Cook the Pork:

  • Pour in the chicken broth or water, and stir everything together. Let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.

5. Finish and Serve:

  • Drizzle the sesame oil over the stir-fry and give it a final stir.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.

6. Serve:

  • Serve the stir-fried cabbage and pork hot, over steamed rice or noodles.
