Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 medium-sized tomato
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 medium-sized carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Start by preparing the vegetables. Peel and pit the avocado, then chop it into small pieces. Dice the tomato into similar-sized pieces. Finely chop the red onion. Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes. Finally, peel the cucumber and dice it.
- Combine all the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
