### Instructions

#### 1. Prepare the Baked Potatoes:
* Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
* Prick each potato several times with a fork. Rub with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
* Bake directly on the oven rack for 50-70 minutes, or until fork-tender.

#### 2. Cook the Steak:
* While the potatoes are baking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
* Add the steak cubes and season with minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
* Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.

#### 3. Cook the Chicken:
* In the same skillet (no need to clean it!), add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
* Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
* Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.

#### 4. Cook the Shrimp:
* Again, in the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
* Add the shrimp and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
* Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook! Remove from skillet.

#### 5. Assemble Your Extravaganza!
* Once the potatoes are done, carefully slice each potato lengthwise down the middle, being careful not to cut all the way through. Fluff the insides with a fork.
* Start layering! Add a spoonful of sour cream, if desired, then generously pile on the cooked steak, chicken, and shrimp.
* Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Pop back into the oven for a few minutes if you want the cheese extra melty.
* Garnish with fresh chives, bacon bits, avocado, salsa, or any other toppings your heart desires!

### Short Tips

* For extra crispy potato skin, brush with a little butter or oil after baking and broil for a few minutes.
* Don’t overcrowd your skillet when cooking the meats and shrimp; cook in batches if necessary to ensure even browning.
* Prep your toppings while the potatoes are baking to make assembly quick and easy.
* This recipe is highly customizable! Feel free to swap out the proteins or experiment with different spices and toppings to fit your taste.
* Leftovers (if there are any!) can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
