Step 1: Prep the Oven & Pan
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter, peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
