Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, covering the surface completely.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together, stirring until smooth and bubbling (about 3 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the graham crackers. Spread gently with a spatula to cover.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans generously on top.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the caramel is bubbling and pecans are toasted.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Break into bark pieces before serving.
