👩🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat & prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly butter a 9×13″ baking dish.
2. Cook spaghetti:
Boil the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Brown the meat:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce and season with salt and pepper. Let simmer 5 minutes.
4. Mix creamy layer:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
5. Assemble layers:
- Spread half the cooked spaghetti into the bottom of the dish.
- Top with all of the creamy cheese mixture.
- Add the remaining spaghetti.
- Pour meat sauce evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
7. Rest & serve:
Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with garlic bread and a salad!

- Add red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning for a flavor boost
- Use ricotta instead of cottage cheese for a more traditional texture
