## Instructions
1. Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat.
3. Add the thinly sliced steak to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until softened.
5. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
6. Pour in the honey BBQ sauce and beef broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
7. Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to coat the steak evenly.
8. Add the drained penne pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce and steak.
9. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
10. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley, if desired, and serve hot!
**Short Tips:**
* For extra flavor, marinate your steak in a little soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce for 15 minutes before cooking.
* Don’t overcook the steak; thin slices cook quickly.
* Feel free to add other vegetables like mushrooms or zucchini for an extra boost of nutrients.
* A sprinkle of red pepper flakes can add a nice kick if you like a little heat.
