Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, drained pimentos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and evenly blended. Add salt and pepper to taste, mixing again to incorporate.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. The longer it chills, the better it gets.
