Grandma’s Amish Macaroni Salad

Instructions:

1. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.

2. Drain and rinse the cooked pasta under cold water. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, diced onion, celery, and red bell pepper.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, sweet pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, and paprika.

5. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture.

6. Gently stir until everything is well coated and combined.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.

9. Before serving, stir gently and adjust seasoning if needed.
