### Instructions
1. **Brown the Meat:** Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef (or turkey) and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess fat.
2. **Sauté Aromatics:** Add the chopped onion to the skillet with the cooked meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
3. **Combine the Goodness:** Reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained), black beans, corn, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded Mexican blend cheese, diced green chilies (undrained), chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper (if using).
4. **Melt and Mix:** Continue stirring constantly until the cream cheese and shredded cheese are completely melted and the dip is smooth and creamy. This may take 5-7 minutes.
5. **Season and Serve:** Taste the dip and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper as needed.
