Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth and well combined.
2. Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flour tortilla, almost to the edges.
4. Tightly roll up each tortilla.
5. Wrap each rolled tortilla individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until firm. This helps the roll-ups set and makes them easier to slice.
6. Once firm, unwrap the tortillas and slice each one into 1-inch thick rounds. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
Short Tips
* For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the cream cheese mixture.
* Don’t overfill your tortillas, or they’ll be difficult to roll tightly.
* If you prefer a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the cream cheese mixture.
* These roll-ups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator, making them perfect for meal prepping or entertaining.
* Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese, such as Monterey Jack or a Colby Jack blend.
* For a healthier option, use light cream cheese and low-fat sour cream.
