- Cube the feta cheese into bite-sized pieces.

- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and green olives.
- Gently fold in the feta cubes so they donβt crumble too much.

- Sprinkle everything with dried oregano, chopped fresh parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
