### Instructions
1. **Prepare the Crust:** In a medium bowl, combine the crushed Tennis Biscuits and melted butter. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
2. **Form the Base:** Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the base of a 23cm pie dish or springform pan. Use the back of a spoon to create an even layer. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the filling.
3. **Make the Cremora Mixture:** In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cremora powdered milk and boiling water. Whisk vigorously until the Cremora is completely dissolved and no lumps remain.
4. **Add Sweetness and Tang:** Pour in the condensed milk and lemon juice into the Cremora mixture. Whisk again until everything is well combined and the mixture thickens slightly.
5. **Assemble the Tart:** Retrieve the chilled biscuit crust from the refrigerator. Pour the Cremora filling evenly over the biscuit base.
6. **Chill and Set:** Place the assembled tart back into the refrigerator and chill for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the tart is completely set.
7. **Garnish and Serve:** Once set, remove the tart from the refrigerator. Garnish with grated chocolate or fresh berries, if desired. Slice and serve your delightful Classic Cremora Tart!
### Short Tips
* For an extra lemony kick, add a teaspoon of lemon zest to the filling.
* If you don’t have Tennis Biscuits, digestive biscuits or even graham crackers work perfectly.
* Ensure the Cremora is fully dissolved to avoid a grainy texture.
* For a firmer tart, you can add 1 sachet of dissolved gelatine to the filling mixture (dissolve in a small amount of hot water first).
* Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
