The Dessert Everyone Fights Over – No-Bake

Last Thanksgiving, I made these Pecan Pie Cheesecake Bars just to “try something different.” Let’s just say… they disappeared before the turkey was even carved.
They’re rich, creamy, and taste like your favorite cheesecake and pecan pie had the most delicious baby ever.

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• ½ cup melted butter
• 2 tbsp brown sugar

For the Cheesecake Layer:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Pecan Pie Topping:
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup corn syrup or maple syrup
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1½ cups chopped pecans
