Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (or mix of thyme, oregano, basil)
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or blend of your choice)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
