2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until everything is smooth and evenly combined. Be careful not to overmix, or the whipped topping can lose its fluffiness.
3. Spoon the Pineapple Bliss into individual serving dishes or a large serving bowl.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to chill, though it’s delicious even at room temperature!
5. Before serving, garnish with shredded coconut and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
