4 salmon fillets 6 oz each, skin-on⁠
⅓ cup honey⁠
¼ cup soy sauce low-sodium preferred⁠
2 tablespoons olive oil⁠
3 cloves garlic minced⁠
½ teaspoon black pepper⁠
1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger), optional⁠
